1. About the site

The site presents our industrial supply products and brands. Products are sold by quotation: listing a product, or adding it to your Inquiry List, is not an offer to sell. A sale exists only when we send a written quotation and you confirm it, subject to the terms stated in that quotation.

2. Product information and prices

We try to keep descriptions, specifications, images and availability accurate, but they may change without notice and may contain errors. Specifications come from brand principals; check the manufacturer’s datasheet and confirm suitability for your application before ordering. Prices are provided only in written quotations and are in Philippine pesos unless stated.

3. Accounts

If you create an account, keep your login details confidential and tell us at once if you suspect misuse. You are responsible for activity under your account. We may suspend accounts used for spam, fraud or abuse.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to: use bots, scrapers or automated tools to copy the site or overload it; submit false, harmful or spam content; attempt to break or bypass security; or use the site unlawfully.

5. Intellectual property

Site content, design and our logo belong to Andison Industrial Sales Inc. (“Andison”, “we”, “us”) or are used under licence. Brand names, logos and product images belong to their respective owners and are used to identify the products we supply; no endorsement by or affiliation beyond our authorised supply relationship is implied except where stated. You may not copy or reuse content for commercial purposes without written permission.

Links to other websites (for example brand principals and datasheets) are for convenience. We do not control and are not responsible for them.
