We respect your privacy and handle personal information in line with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173), its Implementing Rules and Regulations, and the issuances of the National Privacy Commission (NPC).

  • Contact and inquiry forms: your name, email, phone number, company and message, plus the products on your Inquiry List.
  • Customer accounts: name, email, username and password (stored encrypted) if you register.
  • Automatically: IP address, browser and device type, pages visited and referring page, collected through server logs, cookies and Google Analytics (Google Site Kit).

3. Why we use it (purposes and legal basis)

  • To answer your inquiries and prepare quotations (your consent and steps you request before a contract).
  • To manage your account and orders, and deliver products (contract).
  • To keep the website secure and prevent spam and abuse (legitimate interest).
  • To understand how the site is used and improve it (consent, through the cookie notice where required).
  • To comply with law, including tax and accounting rules (legal obligation).

We do not sell your personal information and do not use it for unrelated marketing without your consent.

4. Who we share it with

Only service providers that help us run the site and business, under confidentiality terms: web hosting and email providers, Google (analytics, fonts, maps), our logistics and brand-principal partners when needed to fulfil a quotation or order you requested, and government bodies when required by law. Some of these providers process data outside the Philippines.

5. How long we keep it

Inquiries and customer records are kept for as long as needed for the purpose above and for the period required by law (generally up to 10 years for business and tax records), then securely deleted or anonymised. Spam and security logs are kept for a short period.

We use access controls, encrypted connections (HTTPS), regular backups and monitoring to protect your data. No system is completely secure, and we will notify you and the NPC of a reportable breach as the law requires.

7. Your rights

Under the Data Privacy Act you may: be informed; access your data; object to processing; correct it; erase or block it; receive a copy in a portable format; be indemnified for damages from unlawful processing; and file a complaint with the National Privacy Commission (privacy.gov.ph).
